Every servant of God must conform to the will and demands of his master.

« Look, and do after the model shown to you on the mountain » Exodus 25:40. To build for God, you have to be called. The Lord Jesus Christ calls on the Christian to build with Him when he has a need. Thus, this servant becomes a worker with Jesus Christ. Therefore, every man who is called to build a spiritual work for God must respect God’s model, that is, let himself be led by God, for the Lord Jesus Christ will never approve a work of which He is not the author (Mat 16:18).

This way of doing God does not change. It is this model that gives him glory in heaven and on earth. To do so, the servant must have vision, strength and authority.

The Vision

Every man who wants to build according to God must be before Him to receive his Vision (specific scheme and will). This is the example of Moses who set out on the mountain, before God, to receive the models to be made (Exodus 25: 9 and 40; 1 Chronicles 28:19).

This is the path of wisdom and it takes a wise man to take it. The sage is the one who lets himself be led by the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:14; 2 Corinthians 10:18).

The Force After receiving a clear vision from God, the one who is called to build a work must be forcibly clothed. The Force is the transformation of the inner being, the likeness of Christ Jesus, the destruction of bad habits. Without this transformation, one is neither Christians nor man of God (2 Cor 5:17, Gal 5:16-17). Thus, when the Christian called to be a shepherd has therefore been enlightened by the Holy Ghost, he must now wait to receive the Force to exercise ministry. In his consecration, the Holy Spirit communicates to the called the strength that are the feelings that are in Jesus Christ (Philippians 2:5); He makes it pass through his crucible,  »God’s school »’.

This strength gives it to be a perfume of a pleasant smell, a source of living water. This extraordinary ability of the spirit in him convinced God to give him authority. The opposite, that is, receiving authority before force is neither reassuring nor perfect, this shepherd is still under the domination of sin.

The Authority

Authority is the seal given to the king (chief), this seal (anointing) is the mark, the distinction that God places on someone as his decision to act by him in order to subject by him all things to his Sovereignty. This servant therefore has the ability to take risks by relying on God. This seal can be a given word (Judges 6:14), a sign (laying hands (Acts 9:17-18), anointing oil (1 Samuel 16:13). This royal authority is permanent subject to continual obedience to God (1 Samuel 15:22-23; 1 Samuel 2:30).

The manifestation of this authority is seen by signs, wonders, miracles of all kinds. Whoever has this seal is clothed in the fullness of the Holy Ghost and is entirely led by Him.

Every builder for God must ensure that his work flows to the Universal Church (the one that Christ will abduct) (Ephesians 5:27).

In view of all the above, it should be noted that many ministries and churches were built without God’s model. Since all those who stand up to build a ministry of themselves, or for some reason (the search for money, leadership, refusal of discipline, problems of frustration, desire to appear, etc.) are all wrong regardless of their appeal or their revelations. Those who do not build in this way misplace the people in the religion of men.  It is important that all those who are in these churches withdraw to save their souls.
