One can no longer intercede when sin reaches the threshold of no return, that is, when the majority of spiritual authorities (church leaders) are defeated by sin (Jer 7:15-17).
It is the Lord who determines this threshold, and this degree of sin is reached today in all assemblies without exception, according to the Word He has given us.
In this regard, so the Lord spoke to his servant as he interceded for the pastors and their congregations: « Do not intercede for them anymore because I will not listen to you because I have given them time to repent, but they have not obeyed. They will not enter my rest. M
oreover, when sin has reached the vast majority in a Christian assembly, the Lord asks those who fear him to come out of their midst (2 Cor 6:14-17, Jer 51:45).
On the other hand, when sin concerns a few people among the people, the Lord asks to remove evil from the midst of his people to sanctify the assembly (1 Cor 5:13, Deut 13:1-5).
