The one in whom Christ lives fully easily triumphs over the valley of the shadow of death.

To triumph over the valley of the shadow of death, it is not enough to belong to a denomination, but it requires a new birth, a total stripping of the works of darkness.

For we convert to Christ for a purpose: heaven. Through his conversion, the Christian declares war on the devil as he leaves darkness for light, life. If he does not renounce the works of darkness, he will not be able to cross the valley. He must have the desire to do God’s specific will and walk on the ancient boundaries (the word of God: logos and rhema).

This implies sanctification, complete obedience to the indications of the Spirit and total faith in Christ (Psalms 23:4; Psalms 44: 19-20). He must remain in this way for the rest of his life.

On the day he turned away from it, he immediately fell back into this valley (1 Corinthians 9:27; 1 Corinthians 10:12) and again become a slave to Satan.
